My Story
I grew up in Orange County, California. Beach, flip-flops, actual sunshine. Then my partner got a job offer in Houston and we had three weeks to decide. We said yes, got rid of almost everything, loaded a Pod, and drove straight through the night. I do not recommend that part.
We pulled into an extended-stay hotel in the middle of the night. Slept on the floor of an empty apartment for two weeks waiting for the Pod. Used cardboard boxes as nightstands. Discovered HEB. Filled up the gas tank for $1.80 and genuinely lost our minds.
That was ten years ago. I bought my first home here at 27. Houston is home now. And I mean that.
I got into real estate because I was always the person friends and family called for house opinions. I was doing it for free, so I figured I might as well make it my job. I left retail management for commission-based income, which was terrifying. Bet on myself anyway.
I specialize in south Houston: Pearland, Friendswood, Sugar Land, League City, Manvel. I live here. I walk my dogs here every morning. I know the streets, the coffee shops, the school districts, and the neighborhoods that actually fit different lifestyles. When I recommend somewhere to a client, it's because I know it firsthand, not because I looked it up.
First-time buyers are my favorite people to work with. If you're nervous, overwhelmed, or don't know where to start, that's exactly who I'm here for. And if you're relocating to Houston from out of state, I've been that person. I know what surprises you, what nobody warns you about, and how to help you land somewhere you'll actually love.
